My name is Crystal Cavender (also known as Crystal Trevino when I was a professional cheerleader). I grew up dancing competitively early in my life and after high school, I had the amazing opportunity to be a Dallas Mavericks dancer for 4 years. Following that, I transitioned to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders where I was part of the traveling show group team and the group leader team. I had the privilege of representing the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for 3 years at national and international events, performances, interviews, and TV shows such as CMT Making The Team and Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader! 

In addition to my performance experience, I have taught Jr. DCC camps, conducted private dance and fitness lessons, and choreographed for cheer squads in Dallas. I am a certified Bar Method Teacher with 8 years of fitness experience and am excited to be involved in The Jr. Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Program at the renowned Kitty Carter Dance Studio!
