Haley Whitman

Bio Haley began her dance training at Murphy Dance Studio in Albany, Georgia. While training, she was also a member of Ballet Theatre South, performing lead roles such as “Alice” in Alice in Wonderland, “Clara” in The Nutcracker, and “Jasmine” in Arabian Nights. Haley spent her summers attending the Joffrey Ballet school on full scholarship, Atlanta Ballet, and the Governor’s Honors Dance Program. After graduating High School, Haley moved to Plano Texas to join the Joffrey Ballet School as a ballet trainee. Haley had the privilege of performing several classical and neoclassical works including excerpts from Gisele, Raymonda, La Bayadere, Le Corsaire, Coppelia, and as “Arabian” and “Dewdrop” in The Nutcracker. In 2022 and 2023 Haley worked as a Guest Artist for Ballet Theatre South as the “Sugar Plum Fairy” in The Nutcracker. Haley graduated from the Joffrey Ballet School with a ballet certification, where she held the title of student body president and an ambassador of the school. Haley began her professional career at Ballet Papillon this fall and is so excited to share her knowledge with the next generation of dancers at Kitty Carter’s Dance Factory!
